As a well accomplished vocalist with over 30 years of experience performing, I have been involved in many exciting projects. Having had the pleasure of touring most of the world with some of the UK's top pop artists, over 100 television appearances and performing in the West End, I now aim to use my wealth of experience to inspire others. My aim is to share my skills, experience and artistry with others, helping to develop style as an artist, technique as a vocalist and confidence and insight as a performer, so you can stand alongside the best. Whether your goal is to perform professionally, prepare for an audition, work through grades, or you would just love to sing, I can help you achieve your goal in a natural, fun and inspiring way! I began teaching in January 2005 in secondary schools both in and around Nottinghamshire, coaching vocalists from small groups and one-on-one, up to full choirs. I currently only tutor privately one to one and online, working on all aspects of singing and performance techniques, with pupils of all abilities. I will help you explore and develop your own voice at your own pace in a safe, supportive, respectful environment. Learn skills such as; correct breathing, projection, voice control, expression, dynamics, improvisation, audition preparation, increased range, improved tone production and quality, microphone technique and how to overcome vocal obstacles. Working on a wide variety of genres and vocal styles based around the needs of each individual pupil, I aim to draw your best possible vocal to the surface. This is usually very flexible but I cannot guarantee the time and date, so if you have a specific date in mind it's worth checking with me prior to buying the lesson up front, During the session we will work on 1 or 2 songs that you are familiar and comfortable with, developing technique, style and confidence! If booking as a gift, I will provide you with a gift voucher once purchased. Once bought, the lessons are exchangeable but not refundable. Any questions, please ask.
